The Old Bridge-Sayreville Rotary Club hosts a trail run and walk at the Sayreville Sports Complex to support housing for disabled veterans. Proceeds benefit the Stars & Stripes Veterans Center of South Amboy Project. All participants receive dog tags, with awards given to the top three overall men and women, as well as age group winners. Pre-registered runners receive T-shirts. In the event of non-participation, registration fees are treated as donations to the Rotary Club for the benefit of disabled veterans. The event takes place rain or shine.
