The Adirondack Health Turkey Trot is an annual 5K walk/run event held in Lake Placid, NY. Proceeds support local food pantries and the Fit for Life Program. Participants are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations. Prizes are given to the top male and female finishers, with additional awards for those who beat the mystery Turkey Runner. Registration options are available the day before and the morning of the event. Children 10 and under can participate for free and receive a prize at the finish line. The event is open to all.
