The Annual Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot and Fun Run takes place in Dahlonega, offering participants a morning run or walk through Camp Glisson. The event supports Lumpkin Family Connection. Awards are given to overall male and female finishers, as well as top age group winners and all Fun Run finishers. Participants who register early are guaranteed a short sleeve tri-blend shirt. Packet pick-up and race day registration are held at Lumpkin County High School.
