The Turkey Trot 5K Road Race takes place at Galliens Town Beach on Beaver Lake in Derry and welcomes both runners and walkers. Registration includes a long-sleeve shirt for early sign-ups and access to post-race refreshments. Awards are given to top male and female finishers, including Derry residents. Parking is available at Pinkerton Academy with shuttle service to the race site. Packet pickup occurs before the event at designated locations. The event is held on a scenic, certified course around Beaver Lake.
