The Gobble Gallop is an endurance event held at Lexington Park to support the St. Vincent de Paul of IHM Food Pantry, which provides food and financial assistance to the local community. Participants can run or walk, and strollers and leashed dogs are welcome. Thanksgiving-themed attire is encouraged. The course starts and finishes at IHM, passing nearby business properties. Non-perishable food donations are collected at packet pick-up, where participants receive commemorative gloves. Parking is managed on-site, with specific driveways designated for traffic and pedestrian use during the event.
