The Newtown Turkey Trot is an annual running and walking event held in Newtown Borough. This community event honors Officer Brian Gregg, a Newtown Borough Police Department member who died in the line of duty. Event proceeds benefit the Bucks County Heroes Scholarship Fund, which provides educational scholarships to the children of local first responders killed or permanently disabled in the line of duty. Organized by Boss Events, the event serves as a way for the community to remember Officer Gregg's sacrifice and support families of first responders. It welcomes participants of all ages.
