This endurance event offers walking and running races starting in front of the ambulance building on 3rd street. Participants aged 13 and over can pre-register for a fee, which includes a t-shirt while supplies last. Younger participants have a reduced fee. Following the races, turkey rice soup and snacks are provided at the ambulance building. The event supports local organizations, including the Newport Fire Company, Newport Ambulance, Newport Library, and Newport Senior Citizens.
