The Valparaiso Turkey Trot is an annual event in Valparaiso, Indiana, bringing together participants for a walk/run to support behavioral and physical healthcare programs through the Porter-Starke Services Foundation. The event is held entirely outdoors, with no access to indoor facilities on race day. Road closures and limited parking are in effect near Valparaiso High School, with additional parking available nearby. All registered participants receive a finisher medal, and awards are given for overall and age group winners. Strollers are permitted at the back of the start corral, but dogs are not allowed on the course.
