The 5K for KJ is a race held in the Manuel Corellus State Forest on Martha's Vineyard, following the local cross country course. Established in memory of a former cross country runner who passed away in an automobile accident, the event supports the Kevin Johnson Cross Country Scholarship Fund. Proceeds provide scholarships for graduating team members to assist with college expenses. Donations to the scholarship fund are also encouraged for those unable to participate.
