The Lifesaver Run/Walk takes place at Charles Mill Lake Park near Mansfield, Ohio. The event features running and walking options, including a 1 Mile walk. Organized as a fundraiser by Richland County Lions Clubs, proceeds support the purchase and maintenance of locator devices for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, or Down syndrome through Project Lifesaver. Awards are given to top overall male and female participants, as well as first place in each age group. The course follows a loop around the peninsula near the lake’s marina.
