The Frostbite Run is an annual endurance event held at the Sumner County YMCA, featuring multiple race options and a family fun run through lakeside rolling hills. All finishers receive medals, and participants can claim t-shirts while supplies last. Awards are given in various age categories, with each participant eligible for only one prize. On-site child care is available for YMCA members during the event. The race proceeds support the YMCA of Middle Tennessee’s community programs. The event is held rain or shine, but may be adjusted or canceled for severe weather, with no refunds for cancellations.
