The Seashore Striders host an annual event in Rehoboth Beach featuring an individual 5k run and a free kids’ fun run. The course starts at the boardwalk and heads north toward Cape Henlopen State Park. The event benefits local charities in the Cape Region. Awards are given to top finishers in various age groups. Participants must follow marked course guidelines and safety rules. Chip timing is provided, and pre-registered runners receive shirts. Parking is available on Rehoboth Avenue.
