The LOST 118 Ultramarathon is an endurance running event held annually around Lake Okeechobee in Florida, traversing five counties and starting and finishing in Clewiston. The event offers individual and relay options for both longer and shorter distances. All individual participants must have a crew, as there are no aid stations on the course. Relay runners can serve as their own crew. Pacers are allowed from a designated point. Crew and pacers must register, and deferrals are permitted once to the following year.
