The Birmingham Track Club hosts Adam's Heart Runs, an event held entirely on paved roads in Oak Mountain State Park. All race distances are chip timed. Participants receive a gender-neutral long-sleeve shirt, with sizing running slightly large. Finishers of the longest distance receive a custom dog tag medal. The event offers post-race snacks for participants and their families, as well as free race photos available online after the event.
