The Annual Eighth Street Elementary Tradition Trot features a 5K and a fun run, both held at Ocala Citizens' Circle. Participants run through Ocala's Historic Downtown neighbourhood to support the school’s PTO initiatives aimed at enhancing academic and extracurricular activities. Awards are given for overall and age group placements. Packet pickup is available on race day, and registered participants receive a T-shirt and a goodie bag.
