The Louisiana Engineering Society organizes a Pi-K run starting and ending at Madison Hall. The route includes a sidewalk along Rex St. and E Lewis to Girard Park, where participants will complete a lap around the track before returning. Zydeco music will be available at the finish line. Registration fees vary by participant category, and donations are accepted. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female finishers, along with specific recognitions for students and faculty. Team registrations from various engineering departments are encouraged.
