The Shamrock n’ Run is an annual endurance event held in the Rutherford community, organized with support from local authorities and volunteers. The race takes place on a USATF-certified course through scenic Rutherford neighborhoods, with timing and scoring managed by Elite Racing Systems. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the top three in each five-year age group from ages 9 and under to 90 and above. The event serves as a tribute to Michael Cassidy and aims to promote health and community spirit.
