The Grafton 5-Mile Run, hosted by the Grafton High School track teams, offers a challenging course that starts and ends at the high school track. The event includes a kids fun run, a 5-Mile Run, and a 2-Mile Run/Walk, with post-race refreshments available. Awards are given to the top male and female finishers and age category winners in both the 5-Mile Run and the 2-Mile Run/Walk. The race is part of the NCWV race series.
