The Firefighter Fit for Duty 5 & 10K race, organized by The Gatlinburg Firefighter's Association, aims to raise awareness about cardiac health. Open to all ages, the event starts and finishes at the Gatlinburg Fire Department. It includes both a 5K and a 10K run/walk, with special divisions in the 5K such as the Firefighter Challenge, SCBA Challenge, and categories for Clydesdale and Athena participants.
