The Marietta Police Athletic League (PAL) invites participants to join the annual Marietta Shamrock Shuffle 5K, supporting youth sports, recreation, and education programs. The event features St. Patrick’s Day costume contests and a “Memorial Mile of Celebration” where participants can honour loved ones by forming "In Memory Of" teams. Teams with 25 or more members will have their loved one's name included on the event's souvenir race shirt. This initiative helps raise funds for area youth programs, assisting those who otherwise could not afford to participate.
