BoxHause Rocky Mount Boxing & Fitness LLC hosts the HauseNation Red Oak 5k to support the Nash UNC Health Foundation Community Paramedic Program, which assists community members after hospital releases. The event features a timed run and a Kids Fun Run, welcoming both runners and walkers. A portion of proceeds benefits the paramedic program to help reduce hospital readmissions in the community.
