Join the BIG ONE RUN at Cascade Park, New Castle, for a day of fitness and fun, where participants can engage in a fast downhill 1-mile race, followed by a 5K course, suitable for runners and walkers. Every finisher receives a black and gold medal, and there are random drawing prizes available. Coffee and cookies will be provided for attendees.
