The Dick Lytie Classic is a long-standing endurance event in the Green Bay area, established in 1981. Participants can compete in a variety of race options. The event features the "Mighty Lytie Challenge," where participants complete different race distances over a week. Proceeds support the Green Bay Running Club Kid's Program, which provides scholarships and running shoes to athletes in need. Originally organized by Dick Lytie, a local running enthusiast, the event is now hosted by the Green Bay Running Club to honor his legacy and the contributions of Deb Ernst.
